ITT Dublin Graduation Ceremonies 2011
The Annual Graduation Ceremony will take place this year on Wednesday 9th and Thursday 10th November in the National Basketball Arena, Tymon Park, Tallaght, Dublin 24.

Graduation Registration
All Graduands must fill in the ‘Graduation Registration Form’ informing the institute whether they will be / will not be attending the Conferring Ceremony.

Formal notices regarding arrangements will be sent out to graduands approximately the week before the Graduation.
Gowns
The Institute has made arrangements with Phelan Conan Ltd (robe makers) to have robes, epitoges, and mortar boards available for the conferring at a prepaid fee of €23. This price includes the provision of a frame for your parchment, which will be supplied to you when you return the robe. After the photographic session your robe must be returned to the robing room in the Institute only.
Kindly note that you must pre book with Phelan Conan Ltd online to ensure that your robe etc is available on the day.
You must book your gown before 6th November online, those who pay on the day a fee of €25 applies.

Robes can be obtained:
- from the mezzanine in the Institute from 3pm - 8pm on Tuesday 8th November,
- from 11:00am – 21.00pm on Wednesday 9th November in the Basketball Arena
- and also 08.00am – 14.30pm on Thursday 10th November in the Basketball Arena.
I would suggest that you avail of the early opportunity to obtain your robe in the Institute. Enrobed graduands must be seated in the Arena at least twenty minutes before the graduation begins.
Reception
Graduands and their guests are invited to a reception, which will take place in the Institute immediately following the ceremony.
Photography
The Institute has appointed Lafayette Photography as the official approved photographer for those who wish to obtain formal graduation portraits (prices from €33). This fully guaranteed service will be available in a marquee outside the Arena. Graduates arriving early may avail of this service prior to the graduation ceremony. Please, in your own interest, be wary of unofficial photographers who may be present in the Arena. The Institute cannot guarantee the quality/service offered by such individuals. Only Lafayette Photography will have official access to the Arena and Institute grounds.
To avoid queues for order placement and payment on your Graduation Day you can pre-book orders for both photography and frames online at www.lafayette.ie
