Graduation Gowns Information
The Institute has made arrangements with Phelan Conan Ltd (robe makers) to have robes, epitoges, and mortar boards available for the conferring at a fee of €23. This price includes the provision of a frame for your parchment, which will be supplied to you when you return the robe. After the photographic session your robe must be returned to the robing room in the Institute only.
Kindly note that you must pre-book with Phelan Conan Ltd online to ensure that your robe etc is available on the day. Website: www.phelanconan.com
Robes can be obtained

from the mezzanine in the Institute from 3:00pm - 8:00pm on Tuesday 8th November,

from 11:00am - 9:00pm on Wednesday 9th November in the Basketball Arena

and also from 8:00am - 4:00pm on Thursday 10th November in the National Basketball Arena.
We would suggest that you avail of the early opportunity to obtain your robe in the Institute to avoid queues. Enrobed graduands must be seated in the Arena at least twenty minutes before the graduation begins.
Students who are unable to prebook their robe online can purchase the robe for €25 on the day. However, we do advise students where possible to book online in advance to ensure availablity.
