About the Course

The Financial Services Industry is a key sector for the Irish economy and is a very significant employer in Ireland and internationally. This industry has experienced recent difficulties but it is recovering quickly.

Now, more than ever, this sector needs well qualified individuals that can move quickly into middle and senior management roles from the areas of regulation to fund management.

Higher Certificate, Bachelor Degree and Honours Bachelor Degree of Business in Financial Services & Investment Analysis was developed by ITT Dublin to meet the requirements of this sector by equipping graduates with a thorough understanding of the challenges and the complexities that face this industry.

It is a comprehensive and market-relevant qualification that will appeal to a wide range of employers across this sector.

Exemptions from the Institute of Bankers of Ireland and from Professional Accountancy Bodies examinations may be possible on the successful completion of this programme.

What do I Need?

Entry Requirements for the Bachelor Degree of Business Degree:
At least Grade D3 (ordinary level) in five subjects in the Leaving Cert. The subjects must include either English or Irish. Ordinary level Mathematics (Grade D3) is also a requirement. See also pages 32-38.
Recent minimum CAO points: 225
