About the Course
Students who complete this programme and achieve this award are prepared for gaining positions of responsibility in marketing. The modules introduce students to the study of consumer behaviour, marketing research, marketing communications, financial management, international marketing and ebusiness. Student’s communication and teamwork skills are also fostered and real issues from the world of marketing are addressed and studied.
Students are well prepared for a role on a marketing team. Students may elect to choose PC Business Applications and Advanced Business Computing to develop computing skills in this area. Those who stay on and apply for the Honours Bachelor Degree programme will study marketing issues in greater depth and detail. The European language option – French, German, or Spanish may also be chosen on the programme.

What do I Need?
Entry Requirements for Bachelor Degree:
At least Grade D3 (ordinary level) in five subjects in the Leaving Cert. The subjects must include either English or Irish. Ordinary level Mathematics (Grade D3) is also a requirement.
