What if my company is paying for my course?
Professional Institutes Applicants: must request a pro-forma invoice to be sent to their company
All Other Applicants: must get their company to sign and stamp the “Declaration of Fees paid by Company” form here or from the part-time information desk and return it with the application form.
What form of payment do you accept?
We accept payment by credit card (except American Express), laser card, postal order or bank draft. We DO NOT accept cash or personal cheques.
Can I get a refund?
If you are deemed ineligible for the course that you applied for your application fee will be refunded in full. The Institute accepts no obligation to refund any fee (or any part of a fee) paid by a student to the Institute in respect of any module or year/stage of a programme, or service provided by the Institute, to a student who withdraws from that module of year/stage of a programme. A full refund (less €120 administration fee) will be given if requested in writing before the commencement of teaching. Refunds will not be given thereafter. Special Cases: Where a student has to withdraw due to exceptional circumstances, e.g., certified serious illness, a partial refund may be considered. What if I am unemployed?
If your sole income is derived from Social Welfare payments, or if you are the dependant of a person with such, you may be eligible for a reduction in the tuition fees payable. You will need to complete a “Social Welfare Claim” form here or from the part-time information desk. For full details on this concession please see page 132 of the part-time prospectus.
What happens if I don’t pay my fees?
Failure to make payments when due may result in the withdrawal of ITT Dublin Facilities including:
- Suspension of your ITT Dublin user account which will mean you will not be able to use the PC/IT facilities in the institute.
- Suspension of your library account.
- Reconsideration of your eligibility to taking any further examinations within the Institute.
- Non publication of exam results.
- Email account may be withdrawn.
- You may not be permitted to register for the next year of a programme until all fees including late registration charges have been paid.
