About the Course
The programme aims to allow those working in the catering industry to gain a formal qualification on a part-time basis. Training is conducted in both industry and in Institute.

Entry Level
A candidate needs to be a chef working full-time in industry, able to shadow a more experienced chef at his/her place of employment who would act as his/her mentor. All applicants must have competence in spoken and written English. Candidates are chosen on basis of interview, to be held in June 2007 at ITT Dublin.Course Content / Timetable
