About the Course
This programme is aimed at working professionals. It is intended to provide professional training for persons who have management/supervisory responsibility for training and development in Production, Engineering, Marketing and other related disciplines.
The Higher Diploma is awarded by University College Cork and is accredited by the Irish Institute of Training & Development.

Duration: 2 years (Part-time)
Timetable: 2 days per week (some attendance at Saturday workshops may be required)
Venue: ITT Dublin

Entry Level
Normally, applicants for entry to the Higher Diploma in Learning, Development and Work-Based Training should be at least 23 years of age by 1 January of application year, with a minimum of two years experience in health, engineering, personnel, managerial, training or comparable experience. All applicants whose first language is not English must have attained IELTS Level 6.5 or the equivalent TOEFL score.Course Content / Timetable
The Higher Diploma in Learning, Development and Work-Based Training will be presented on the basis of attendance at lectures, seminars and workshops. The programme will run on Tuesday & Thursday evenings from 6.30 – 9.30pm.
