CPRD Management and Organisation
The management of the CPRD centre will be shared between the two proposed co-ordinators, Drs. D. Egan and M. Walsh.
The overall management structure within the centre is shown in Figure 4.x. In addition, the responsibilities of the co-ordinators will be:
- To develop a three year plan for the centre;
- To identify suitable funding sources and to lead a drive to secure funding for the centre;
- To hold regular meeting with the team members, including technical, administrative staff;
- To Prepare annual reports & reports to funding agencies;
- To promote the Centre and to raise the profile of the institute;
- To update relevant databases and websites.
