The equipment - a Jeol Lambda 300 MHz system offering 1H- and 13C-NMR, operating from –100 to +150 °C, with a multinuclear facility covering nuclei that resonate in the range 30 – 125 MHz. Run predominantly in autosampler mode, spectra are typically accumulated 24 hours a day. The instrument is run with the philosophy that with substantial capital and ongoing standing costs, its value is maximized by maximizing its use.
