Charities
Each year our students support many local and national charities. If you are interested in these types of activities you should contact the Students Union. It can be a very rewarding experience – remember, a little help goes a long way. On the International front the Students Union is also very much involved with the Children of Chernobyl charity in conjunction with the clubs and societies and USI’s Annual 10K walk event. Some of our students were also involved with ChildAid who fund education programmes in Kenya and this summer went on a fundraising climb of Kilimanjaro consisting of IT Tallaght students and staff as well as our neighbours in South Dublin County Council.
